This exhibit will be focused on exploring the early attempts of developing projection based technology. This is important to understand because this is the ground work that was used and that influenced future motion films as it progressed.
In this exhibit we will be exploring the "birth" of motion films. By taking previous inventions and equipment, and either reimagining it or inventing it anew, Thomas Edison and other individuals used their finished product to appeal to the masses through a form of entertainment. This exhibit will also cover the growth as it became a very popular form of entertainment for all classes alike.
